1. General Policy:
All sales of software licenses, website services, and database solutions are final. WS&D Solutions does not provide refunds once a product or service has been delivered, except as expressly stated in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate purchase of the same license.
- Technical issues that prevent activation or use of the product, where WS&D Solutions cannot provide a resolution.
- Services not delivered as agreed in a signed contract.

3. Non-Refundable Items:
- Custom software development projects once work has commenced.
- Website design and database administration services after delivery.
- Licenses that have been activated or used.

4. Request Procedure:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@wsdsolutions.net within 14 days of purchase. Requests must include proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the issue.

5. Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Governing Law:
This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
